GLUCOMANNAN
A dietary fiber from the root of the konjac plant, which thrives in warm, tropical regions of Asia. It has a remarkable water retention capacity and was a traditional food in Asian cultures in the past.

Root extract of Amorphophallus konjac K. Koch (glucomannan) (3g/3 sachet), sodium L-ascorbate, medium chain triglycerides, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cyanocobalamin.

Directions

Mix one sachet with a large glass of water (at least 250 ml) 3 times a day and take the contents 15-20 minutes before a meal. Stir until the contents of the sachet have completely dissolved in the liquid and drink the mixture before it thickens too much.

Recommendation: The positive effect is achieved by taking 3 g of glucomannan daily in three doses of 1 g each, together with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and as part of a low-calorie diet.
