How to use

Brush teeth thoroughly at least twice a day or after every meal (if you have the time), unless otherwise directed by your dentist or GP. For children under 6 years: Use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste and be mindful of their brushing habits to minimize swallowing.
Keep out of reach of children under 6 or those monsters who always squeeze the tube from the top. If fluoride is already being taken elsewhere, consult your dentist or family doctor. This product contains sodium monofluorophosphate.
