Is the device sufficient on its own?

No - for visible results on the face, you also need suitable products (e.g. facial gels).

Which is better - device or starter set?

If you are new, we recommend the starter set as it already contains all the important products.

Can I use the device for hair?

Yes, ideal in combination with Nutriol Hair Treatment.

How often should I use the device?

For the face: 2× per week for approx. 5 minutes each.

Why is my ageLOC Galvanic SPA device?

The signal tones are completely normal and part of the intelligent control of your device.

At the start of the treatment, you will hear one to three beeps - the device automatically adjusts the current intensity to your skin.

A signal tone sounds approximately every 10 seconds during treatment.

This way you know that the device is working correctly.

At the end of the treatment, you will hear a longer beep followed by two shorter ones - this indicates that the treatment is complete.
