Right of withdrawal

You can return unopened products within 90 days and get a refund. If you return a part of a delivery, we will refund proportionally.

We are really happy to advise you (by mail, WhatsApp or phone), so that you find the right products for you. This saves us all a lot of work and already the environment.

Return:

If you want to return a product because you changed your mind, you can return the unopened product within 90 days. Since we are dealing with hygiene products, the right of withdrawal only applies to unopened goods. The cost of the return (insured shipping) is borne by the customer.

Complaint:

If a product is defective within the warranty period or you have other complaints (eg wrong delivery), we give your complaint to Nu Skin and Nu Skin will pay the return shipping costs.

Important:

In case of a return request please send us first a mail to mail@nu-business.life and tell us the following:
- Name and address
- Order number and order date
- Products you want to return
- Reason for return

We will then inform you of the return address and, if applicable, the return number and return label.

Please never return the products without prior agreement.

Once the goods have arrived, a refund will be issued via the original payment method. Please note that this may take a few business days depending on the processing time of your payment provider.

However, please do not send products independently to Nu Skin but contact us first, as we are your sellers and will be happy to take care of everything (and Nu Skin cannot process it otherwise).
