The Smoothing Conditioner was developed as the second step in the holistic Nu Skin hair care system. Its formulation is designed to smooth and detangle the hair and give it a well-groomed, flawless finish. A blend of conditioning ingredients, such as coconut oil, panthenol, sodium PCA and shea butter, repairs the hair for a smooth feel and silky shine. At the same time, the conditioner seals the outer cuticle with its low pH value and the Moisture Sealing Complex contained in the formula to bind moisture and increase radiance.
