Terms & Conditions Referral Program

  1. Introduction: Our referral program (“Program”) is based on nu-business-life.de carried out. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Terms and Conditions. www.nu-business-life.de reserves the right to change these Terms at any time at its sole discretion and without notice.
  2. Eligibility: You must be a legal resident of Europe and at least 18 years old to participate in the program. Our employees, partners, contractors and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
  3. How the program works: For every new customer you refer to us who makes a purchase on our website using your unique referral link, we will write you a product reward (Sole Solution) will be credited to your account (“referral bonus”). The new customer also receives a bonus of 5% of the value of his purchase if he purchases for at least 150 euros ("friendship bonus"), which he can use for his first purchase.
  4. Referral bonuses: Referral Rewards are non-transferable, non-assignable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit or other goods outside of our website. Referral Rewards can only be used for purchases on our website and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
  5. Friendship Rewards: Friendship Rewards can only be redeemed by new customers who have never purchased anything on our website. The Friendship Bonus will automatically be applied to the first purchase you make.
  6. Limitations: You may not refer yourself or create multiple accounts to receive additional rewards. Any attempt to do so will result in the immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of all accrued rewards. nu-business-life.de reserves the right to limit the number of referrals you make and the total amount of rewards you can earn.
  7. Data protection: Participation in the Program requires you to share personal information with us, which will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  8. Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the program or your ability to participate at any time and for any reason. We reserve the right to investigate and suspend accounts if we identify activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or violates our Terms and Conditions. The decisions we make are final and binding.
