Apply generously to all areas of skin exposed to the sun. Applying too small an amount may significantly reduce protection. Apply the cream evenly to the body 15 minutes before going out in the sun and water. Repeat at regular intervals to maintain protection, especially if you sweat a lot, have been in the water or have dried off.
